The themes of Surah Ya-seen and the miracle of Muqattaaat letters

Surah-Yaseen

– The challenge of the miracle of Muqattaat letters

Muqattat letters are unique letter combinations that begin certain chapters of the Qur’an, and Allah only knows their meanings.

Surah (Ya-Seen) is a Makkan Surah. It is included a report on the three principles:

Oneness of Allah, message “Al-Risala”, and gather “Al-Hashr”, with the strongest proofs. Its opening came with an explanation of the message, and its conclusion came with a statement of Oneness and resurrection. The Almighty said: {So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things} (interpretation of the meaning)(Surah Yasin: 83) a reference to monotheism. And the Almighty’s saying: {and to Him, you will be returned}(interpretation of the meaning) (Surah Yasin: 83) is a reference to the Resurrection.

– The surah attached importance to building the foundations of belief, Oneness of Allah, and denunciation of polytheism on the tongue of the believer, who came from the farthest end of the city seeking; To advise his people to follow the messengers, So we will show the themes of Surah Ya-seen, as follows:

      • Fulfilling the message of the Prophet(PBUH).
      • Describe the reluctance of most of the polytheists of Quraish to accept Islam.
      • Giving the example of the residents of a town, when the messengers came to them, and the denial of the Messengers resembled the denial of Quraysh.
      • A reminder of the deniers and those who cling to idols when Noah, peace be upon him, sent a warning. So those who lied perished, and those who believed were saved.
